When can I expect my order?

Each and every order is freshly roasted. It takes between 3-5 business days to process the order! Once the order is ready for shipping, we send it thru USPS Priority mail. Shipping takes between 3-7 business days. We will keep you updated via email with tracking. Alternatively, you can log in to your customer profile and it will have an update there!

What are your shipping destinations?

We currently only ship to U.S. and Canada addresses. We are looking into adding other shipping destinations soon. Please check back with us!

What is the shipping policy that you have?

At checkout you will be given two options to choose from on shipping methods. Free Shipping on orders above $50 (7-10 business days) or Standard Shipping for $6.99 (3-5 business days). The shipping cost for Canadian orders ranges from $8.95 to $12.95 depending on the shipments.
Canadian orders may be subject to customs duty fees at the time of delivery.

If you would like to cancel an order after it has been shipped, we will attempt to intercept the package through the delivery service, although this is not guaranteed. Intercept services do have fees associated with them, so we will deduct the cost to intercept from your refund. If an interception is not possible, you can send the package back by either refusing the package at delivery or shipping it back to us.

If you refuse the package and send it back to us, we will be charged a fee from the mailing service and will deduct that fee from your refund.
