This heat cap is very useful and gets the job done. It doesn't take very long to heat up and it works very well. I really like how I'm able to adjust the heat and time settings. The adjustable string allows me to adjust the tightness of the cap on my head, this makes a big difference. It also comes with additional plastic caps inside for heat protection and a cute pouch. After washing hair and putting in conditioner, I usually try to get as much excess water out to prevent any leakage in the protection cap while using the heat cap. I usually have mines on 7 or 8 heat level for about 30 to 45 min the most (depending on your hair texture). I have seen great results! No heat damage. It leaves the hair very soft, shiny, tangle-free, and gives it volume. It also has protective layers and padding inside the cap for heat safety. You can easily clean the heat cap by unzipping and removing padding. If by any chance, you forget to turn off, cap will auto-shut off. I really appreciate all the safety features, this makes it a plus. I would definitely recommend.

Its portable, lightweight and easy to use. It has a temp rang 1-10, I usually use level 10 for 30 mins. I love using it with a deep conditioner. It's very relaxing and gives great results. I use it on every wash day

This is a major upgrade from my last deep conditioning cap. My old one you had to put in the microwave and the would cool down pretty fast. This one provides constant heat at a temperature of your choice. It does have an awkward fit but it gets the job done. It has a drawstring around the edge to give you a more comfortable fit. Its easy to clean. I love being able to pamper myself with no limitations. This is truly a game changer I highly recommend.

I finally have something that I can use to aid in deep conditioning my hair with heat on wash day. As a 4c girl, it's important to have a deep conditioning at least once a month, and this heat cap will help me do just that.

I am on a budget. Even if the costs were lower, I hear too many horror stories from other natural ladies to even bother with salons/stylists, so I do prefer to take care of my own hair. My weekly/bi-weekly deep conditioning sessions involved me putting in oil and conditioner and then wrapping my hair with a plastic grocery bag for 30-60 minutes. This cap was a major upgrade that would not require a salon, so I chose it. Also, the style reminds me of those African Kufi hat memes, so it seemed like both a fun and practical option lol.I have an average-sized head, and my hair is fine and on the thinner end. It’s hard for me to guess exactly how much thickness the cap supports, but there was definitely more room to accommodate someone with a bigger head and/or more hair than me.I applied my conditioner, put on one of the reusable show caps, and set the timer to 30 minutes. The session went well enough, and the device was on for exactly 30 minutes as promised. The cap has a built-in heat control feature so your head/hair doesn't burn, and you can hear as it turns on and off. The brandname makes sense because sis, wow lol. I really like how the cap helped me deep condition my hair. Idk if it shows well enough in the pictures, but my hair felt softer than it usually does with my non-heated deep conditioning sessions. My curls are so cute, and my scalp feels hydrated. I think this cap works great for anything at home that requires heat. I look forward to using this in future hair care sessions.
